The Governance Group has resumed its role in the Blue Deal project since the last meeting
in February 2020 which saw the participation of the 4 new DGs of the Burkina Water Agencies.
As a prelude to the meeting, the Faso Koom office produced a document with
the context and development of the FASO KOOM partnership, the Blue Deal program and
the function/role of the Governance Group. This meeting made it possible to present to the
participants the progress of the various activities of the project and also to share with them the good results that were recorded during the mid-term evaluation.
For the second phase of the Blue Deal which starts in 2023, a work team will be
responsible for proposing to the Governance Group a list of activities which will be validated at the next meeting scheduled for July 2022.
